Collection: Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Please carefully read and understand our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

  • Order Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via 70970-99111 (11:00 AM – 06:00 PM). We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only in the following circumstances:

 

  1. Non-Dispatched Orders: If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and, upon inspection of the returned item, provide you with a full refund or a replacement as per your preference.
  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at 70970-99111. Once your refund request is verified and approved, we will process the refund within 4-5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial purchase. For cash on delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer against the billing details shared by you.
  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. If the product has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
  2. If you change your mind after the cancellation window has passed and the order has been dispatched.
  3. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  4. If the return request is not made within the specified timeframes.
